Delivery in 1 to 4 business days free of charge.
CANARY ISLANDS SHIPPING
Delivery in 4 to 10 business days with a cost of €10

PRE-SALE ITEM SHIPPING
Delivery in 5 to 8 business days free of charge.
Shipping will be done within 24 hours from the receipt of the product by the supplier. Orders confirmed on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays will be shipped the next business day.
During promotional periods, shipments may take longer than usual.
Pre-sale products may be canceled from your order if the supplier does not have sufficient stock.
IN-STORE PICKUP
You can choose this option if you want to pick up your order in store; it will be available within 24h from when you receive the confirmation. This service is free.
If you want us to deliver it to a person different from the one who placed the order, let us know at mulier.modaycomplementos@gmail.com indicating the order number and the details of the person you authorize to pick it up.
PURCHASE INFORMATION - OUT OF STOCK
At certain times it is possible that there is no stock because the items are in the physical store, even though you were allowed to purchase the product.
If for any reason when preparing the order we notify that some purchased unit is out of stock, the customer will be offered the possibility to exchange it for another garment of equal value or will be refunded.
NOTE ON EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
No exchanges or returns will be accepted for underwear, socks, and/or costume jewelry.
FOR PRODUCTS IDENTIFIED AS "OUTLET" ONLY EXCHANGES FOR ANOTHER ITEM OR, IF NOT, A VOUCHER WITHOUT EXPIRATION DATE ARE ALLOWED; UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL A REFUND BE MADE.
