EXCHANGE - RETURN POLICY
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may proceed with the return or exchange of the product as long as it shows no signs of use. You have 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to make a return.
Products to be exchanged/returned must have their original tag and include the accessories delivered with your order. The product must be in the same, optimal condition as when it was delivered on the purchase date.
If you wish to make an online return or exchange, you must send an email to mulier.modaycomplementos@gmail.com indicating the order number and your details.

The customer will be responsible for sending their return or exchange through the courier service of their choice, bearing the shipping costs. Mulier will not be responsible for lost shipments.
Mulier We will refund the cost of the merchandise minus the initial shipping costs and any size exchange fees if applicable. Once the package is received and checked to be in perfect condition, with its tags and no signs of use, except in cases of manufacturing or quality defects by Mulier, in which case the full invoice amount will be refunded within 10 business days.
HOW TO RETURN/EXCHANGE YOUR ORDERS IN THE PHYSICAL STORE
If you wish, you can make your exchange or return at our physical store by simply presenting the delivery note/invoice within 7 days for returns, and 10 days for size or product exchanges, from the receipt of the order.
